It is a renovation project of a 17-room hotel located in a place with the view of Golden Horn in Sirkeci, Istanbul. The structure, which has not completed its structural life, has been peeled 

up to the reinforced concrete structure, has been designed according to today's needs and a new concept has been created with modern materials. The lobby and restaurant program on the ground floor is planned in a single place. On the upper floors, while 3 normal rooms are planned on each floor, the terraced rooms with the Golden Horn view are designed on the

penthouse.
